Committee Composition
Newalta's Board of Directors has established four committees for Board members. All committee members are external (non-management). All members of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee are independent and unrelated to Newalta, and a majority of the members of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Environment, Health and Safety Committee are independent and unrelated to Newalta.
