Alan Cadotte
President and Chief Executive Officer
Since joining Newalta in 1993 as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Cadotte has provided the vision and strategy and guided the dynamic growth of the Company. He also established the high operating standards, strong business ethic and innovative mindset that are the cornerstones of Newalta today. Mr. Cadotte has developed an exceptional organization that is today the leader in the waste management industry in Canada. His previous executive experience in industrial waste management and environmental services included positions with Chrysler Corporation, ORTECH, Tricil Ltd. and Laidlaw Inc. Mr. Cadotte is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Masters Degree in Engineering.

Peter Dugandzic
Executive Vice President
Mr. Dugandzic provides strategic leadership and maintains a proactive approach to business management. As Executive Vice President, he oversees the company's facility network in Canada. Since joining Newalta in 1994, his prudent and disciplined management style has provided for the consistent execution of the company's strategy and delivery of reliable financial results. Mr. Dugandzic has over 25 years of experience in the resource and waste management industry sectors throughout Canada. During the past two decades he was employed by Shell Canada Resources, the Alberta Energy Utilities Board and the Atomic Energy Control Board. Mr. Dugandzic earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Earth Sciences from St. Francis Xavier University and is a member of the Board of Directors for Catholic Family Service of Calgary.

Craig Wilkie
Executive Vice President
Mr. Wilkie’s broad business acumen and extensive industry experience are driving the Onsite business of Newalta. He established and built Newalta’s Industrial business in Western Canada when he joined the Company in 1993 and the Ontario operations in 2006. As Executive Vice President in charge of corporate development, he was responsible for acquisitions as well as technical innovation. His employment history includes process engineering and strategic planning with Imperial Oil and business development at Tricil Ltd. and Laidlaw Inc. He has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from McMaster University and a Master in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Michael Borys
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Borys has 25 years of financial management experience in strategy development, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. His extensive leadership experience is a strong asset to furthering Newalta's corporate growth strategy. Prior to joining Newalta in 2008, Mr. Borys was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Brick Group Income Fund. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Concordia University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Terry Donaleshen
Senior Vice President, Organization Development
Mr. Donaleshen joined Newalta in 1997 and has been key in directing people resource strategies, shaping Newalta's corporate culture and promoting a safe operating performance that respects the environment. He is strongly committed to developing and implementing programs that emphasize employee development and performance in the Human Resources area and environmental stewardship in the operating realm. Mr. Donaleshen graduated from Dartmouth College, New Hampshire with a Bachelor's Degree in Geology and from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining Newalta, he played key roles at Esso Resources, Dresser Industries, Wascana Energy, and Alberta Natural Gas.

Took Whiteley
Senior Vice President, Business Development and General Counsel
Mr. Whiteley has been with Newalta since 2005. In his role as Senior Vice President, Business Development and General Counsel, he oversees all Business Development and Capital Management as well as Legal Services. Prior to joining Newalta, Mr. Whiteley practiced corporate and securities law with Bennett Jones LLP of Calgary with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University, a Master of Arts degree from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta.

Jim McClimans
Vice President, Finance
Since joining Newalta in 1995, Mr. McClimans' disciplined approach and attention to detail has fostered the growth and development in the accounting, finance and management information activities of the Company. He held progressively responsible positions in accounting and financial management with Lafarge Construction Materials prior to joining Newalta. As Vice President of Finance, Mr. McClimans is responsible for the planning and integration of acquisitions, development and training on Finance policies and procedures, and adds leadership and oversight to the Finance group on a national basis. Mr. McClimans has his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation and has been awarded with a Fellow of CMA, which is a prestigious national designation awarded to CMAs who bring distinction to the management accounting profession. In addition, he holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alberta and is currently Secretary-Treasurer of the Georgina Sawyer Memorial Foundation in Calgary.

Doug Pecharsky
Vice President, Western Onsite
Mr. Pecharsky has been a vital member of the company's leadership team since he joined Newalta in 1985. He has held a number of senior positions within the Company over his career, including as a General Manager in the Oilfield business unit. Promoted to Vice President in 2007, Mr. Pecharsky is responsible for developing and implementing business strategy, measuring operational performance and driving financial results for Newalta’s Onsite operations in Western Canada. He oversees business development, operations management, regional sales and marketing and capital planning. His strong operational leadership, aggressive approach and market knowledge have been instrumental in the development of Newalta's waste recovery technologies and applications throughout the country.

Harry Wells
Vice President, Technical Development
Mr. Wells brings more than 25 years of experience in the waste management sector to his role as Vice President, Technical Development. Newalta's ability to deliver innovative waste management solutions to customers is key to growing our existing operations as well as gaining access to major customers. Mr. Wells is responsible for leading our corporate technical development program and creating a network of technical innovators across the organization. He joined Newalta in 2006 when the Company acquired the PSC Industrial Services Canada assets in Ontario. He had been an integral part of the management team responsible for these assets since 1997. Previously, Mr. Wells taught Environmental Waste Management and Environmental Law and Regulations at Niagara College. He earned a Bachelor of Physical Education degree and a Bachelor of Education degree from Brock University. He also holds a Chemical Engineering Technologist degree from Niagara College.
